For Petitioner : Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy COMMON ORDER These revision petitions have been filed seeking early disposal of the suits in O.S.Nos.113 & 98 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur, Nagapattinam District.
2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also perused the materials available on record.
4. The petitioner has filed the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2022, for recovery of possession from the respondents and the respondents, in turn, filed the suit in O.S.No.113 of 2022 for permanent injunction, which is being jointly tried with O.S.No.98 of 2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to my notice, a the notice which has been issued by the Municipality, calling upon the petitioner to immediately vacate the premises, as it is in a highly dilapidated condition. Learned counsel also took me through the E-courts status of the above suits and contended that the respondents have been unnecessarily protracting the suit proceedings.

Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering that the suits are of the year 2022, this Court is inclined to allow these revision petitions and accordingly, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur, Nagapattinam District is directed to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.113 & 98 of 2022 which are being tried jointly, finally on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. In fine, these Civil revision petitions stand allowed with the aforesaid directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
