This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent police to take necessary action upon the complaint dated 30.11.2018.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.02.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to serve closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
