This Writ Petition is filed, to direct the respondent No.3 not to register any document in respect of unapproved plots in the name of "Thottathupalayam East" in S.F.o.685/1 & 685/1A3 Neruperichal Village, Tiruppur north Taluk, Tiruppur District made by 7th respondent (G.Mohan) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2019 sent by registered post to the respondents.

The petitioner herein claiming to be a joint owner of land measuring 3.73 acres in Tiruppur District Tiruppur North Taluk, Neruperichal Vilage, S.F.No.685/1 which was inherited from his ancestor has given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 19.10.2019 that the respondents 7 and 8 trying to plot out the land in the name of "Thottathupalayam East - Real Estate" and "Thirumurugan Real Estate" and trying to get it registered as a residential plot ignoring the order of the High Court prohibiting registration of unapproved plot. If such registration is permitted the agricultural land within vicinity will get colluded by the rubbish, wastage water, drainage to be let out by the residential plots owned colony. 2/4

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that pursuant to the Division Bench order of this Court the I.G Registration has issued circular to all Sub-Registrars not to register document pertaining to unapproved plots the Sub-Registrars in the State are scrupulously following the circular. The apprehension of the petitioner is ill-conceived.
