This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandmus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023 in accordance with law by fixing the fair rent as 17 Kalam Paddy per year after holding enquiry under the Cultivating Tenant Fixation of Fair Rent Act.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has already filed a similar nature of writ petition in W.P.No.28374 of 2022 before this Court and the same was disposed of on 08.12.2022. Once again, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the same relief.
4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier writ petition has been filed to consider his representation with regard to cutting of trees, whereas this writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to fix the fair rent.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the abovesaid direction, The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
