2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to implead the Superintendent of Posts, Thirupattur Division, Thirupattur as party respondent in the above Writ Petition and issue notice to the newly impleaded 5th respondent returnable by 25.10.2024.

4.The petitioner is permitted to take out private notice to the 5th respondent and file proof of service by the next date of hearing.
