The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.70 of 2023, registered under Sections 12(1)(b), 12(2) of the Passport Act, 1967 and Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is the case of the respondent that A1, who had been to Malaysia was sent back since his passport had expired. Thereafter, he wanted to go back to Malaysia and had approached A2 and A3 more specifically A2. It had been stated that on a complaint given by the passport officials, an FIR came to be lodged. It is the specific case of the respondent that on confession of A2, the house of A3/present petitioner was searched and 94 - Indian Passports, Fake Seals, Computer and other documents had been seized. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that they are all expired passports and have no relevance to the present case.

Crl.O.P.No.24037 of 2023 kp Let investigation be done. It is also contended that A1 and A2 had been granted bail, but issue of anticipatory bail is slightly different and at this stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, petition stands dismissed.
