O R D E R
The Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order this Court dated 28.02.2023 in W.P.No.4932 of 2023.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a Memorandum of Understanding entered between the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 4 (respondents 7 to 9 in the Writ Petition) duly signed by the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4 as well. The very writ petition itself is with regard to the claiming rights in the property.
3. As the compromise entered between the parties and a Memo of Understanding has been filed before this Court, the Contempt petition is closed. The agreement / compromise entered between the parties shall be acted upon and form part of record.
