This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for noncompliance of the directions issued by this Court on 22.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28525 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28525 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022 has been complied with. He has also produced the compliance report filed by the 2nd Respondent, dated 04.03.2024, to that effect.
