This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11348 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13266 of 2023, by an order dated 8.8.2023, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.11348 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13266 of 2023, by an order dated 8.8.203, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.11348 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13266 of 2023, by an order dated 8.8.203, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
