ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14228 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and this Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14228 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025, directed him to execute two blood related sureties. However the parents of the petitioner are no more. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and finding that the reason is justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in respect of two blood surety. Accordingly, the condition in para No.6 is removed and that

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem". The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
