This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.2830 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.25607 of 2023, by an order dated 14.2.2023, to report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders,

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
