ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide police protection during her visits as the land lord to the building door no.92-A/1, Paper Mills Road, Sembium, Chennai-600 011 including the portions in the Ground Floor under the occupation of the 2nd respondent for carrying out the repairs and other purposes.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is a land lord and tenant dispute and it has been settled between them. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
