This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15842 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9304 of 2021 order dated 01.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
