This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against third respondent on the basis of the representation dated 13/8/2024.
2. The facts of the case in a nutshell are as follows:- V.Valarmathi, trustee of Arulmigu Devo Karumariamman temple, along with a crew of 12 women performed a dance video for social media publicity in front of the temple's sanctum sanctorum. Hence, the petitioner had made a representation dated 13/8/2023 to the first respondent, regarding the abovesaid incident. Neither the temple management nor the Executive Officer took any action against her, as she is highly influential within her community.

3. Again, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 13/8/2024, to the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE), Department of Tamil Nadu. Since the petitioner has not received any response or action from the temple, left with no other alternative, approached this Court for the relief stated therein.
4. Heard Mr.S. Nizamudeen, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for the first respondent and Mr.Ashok Menon, learned counsel for the second respondent.
5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that tenure of the third respondent is over and she has tendered unconditional apology and the same was widely published in all the newspapers. To substantiate his argument, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the paper cutting of the newspapers by way of typed set of papers. He further submitted that since the issue was taken seriously, disciplinary proceeding was initiated as against the employee, who has performed the reels along with the third respondent.
