Crime No.227 of 2010 PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order of the order dated 18.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in CMP No.651 of 2019 in SC No.89 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu and set aside the same. I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court for recalling PW1, PW2, PW4 and PW5 and partly allowing the application insofar as the PW7 is concerned. The reason assigned by the Court below is that PW1, PW2, PW4 and PW5 are already cross-examined.

2.The petitioner has stated that, some important aspects were left out during the cross-examination and therefore had sought for recalling these four witnesses. Such request is not permissible, since it would amount to filling up the lacunae. 3.In the light of the above observations, I do not find any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits in the present petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
