O R D E R
I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court for recalling PW1, PW2, PW4 and PW5 and partly allowing the application insofar as the PW7 is concerned. The reason assigned by the Court below is that PW1, PW2, PW4 and PW5 are already cross-examined.
2.The petitioner has stated that, some important aspects were left out during the cross-examination and therefore had sought for recalling these four witnesses. Such request is not permissible, since it would amount to filling up the lacunae. 3.In the light of the above observations, I do not find any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits in the present petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
