The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14013 of 2023 is sought to be modified.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

Considering the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition (MD) is ordered.
