This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission to conduct the General Meeting of "Uruvakkuvom Tharcharbu TamilNadu" at 5.00 p.m. on 17.12.2017 in Chithaputhur, Gandhipuram at Coimbatore based on the petition given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent dated 28.11.2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the general meeting commencing date has been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
