The petitioners have filed this miscellaneous petition to implead the Project Director and General Manager, National Highways Authority of India, Salem having Office at Door No.212-3/D3-1, Sri Nagar Colony, Narasothipatti, Salem as the fifth respondent in the writ petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the writ petition.
