ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP No.22380 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Medical Services Recruitment Board submitted that the petitioner has been awarded with the incentive marks and the petitioner has come within the zone of consideration. The 2/4

selection process is going on and it will take some time to complete the said process.
