This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in Crime No.262 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instruction submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.262 of 2014, Charge Sheet has been filed by the 1st respondent police on 23.07.2020 thereby C.C. No.19 of 2020 has been taken on file before the Sub-Court Palladam for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, there is nothing survives in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
