ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.305 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant/petitioner, a case in crime No.305 of 2024 for the offences under Sections under sections 329(4), 296(b), 118(1), 303(2), 351 (2) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 has been registered. After investigation, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the same has been taken on file as CC N.3 of 2025. 2/4
