ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Enquiry Report of the nd respondent vide in Na.Ka.No.9877/A3/2024 dated 26.05.2025 and the consequential orders of the 1 st respondent in Na.Ka.No.025984/ A3/ E3/2024 dated 30.09.2024 and 11.07.2025 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the enquiry has already commenced, the petitioner has participated by filing his reply and attending the proceedings and the enquiry has now reached the stage of passing final orders. At this stage, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the enquiry proceedings have been concluded and it is now at the stage of passing final orders, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.
4. However, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders in the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the first respondent shall pass consequential orders within a further period of two (2) weeks.
5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
