Being satisfied with the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants and taking into account the no objection on the side of the respondents, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The learned counsel counsel for the appellants is permitted to serve notice to the newly impleaded respondents. Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
