Application No.5371 of 2022 is filed for condoning the delay of 103 days in filing the additional document mentioned in the Judges Summons.

2. Application No.5372 of 2022 is filed for declaring the 4th applicant as major in TOS.No.49 of 2016.

3. Application No.5373 of 2022 is filed for discharging the 4th petitioner from the guardianship of the 1st petitioner in TOS.No.49 of 2016.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing these applications.

5. From the copy of the birth certificate produced, it is seen that 4th petitioner namely A.D.Banupriya was born on 25.05.1997 and now she has become major. Therefore, the applications filed for declaring her as a major and discharging the 4th petitioner from the guardianship of the 1st petitioner and condoning the delay of 103 days in filing the additional document are allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

6. Accordingly, the Application Nos.5371 to 5373 of 2022 are allowed.

7. The learned counsel for the applicants are directed to supply copies of all the additional documents filed along with the application to condone the delay in filing the additional documents.

8. Plaintiff is directed to take steps to carry out the amendment and file amended plaint.

9. Post the matter after two weeks.
