This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.22998 of 2022 on 22.09.2022 to report before the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore on all working days at 10.30.a.m., and report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
