O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime no.111 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent to the 3rd respondent and investigate the same and file a final report expeditiously.

2.Alleging that the complaint given on 09.03.2023 and registered in Crime no.111 of 2023 by the second respondent police, has not shown any headway in the investigation. The present petition is filed for transfer of investigation from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent. The case of cheating to a tune of Rs.11 lakhs, which is under investigation by the second respondent police, though, it is alleged that there is no progress in the investigation which could be seen from the information received by the petitioner herein by virtue of RTI Act. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 2/5

submitted that the named accused is in Andhra Pradesh and the investigation team yet to secure him and once the accused is secured, there will be further progress in the investigation.

4. In the light of the above fact, the first respondent is directed to form a special team to secure the suspect and proceed with the investigation expeditiously.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
