ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the trial Court in C.C.No.25 of 2017 on the file of Special Court for NDPS Act concerned in PR.No.4 & 8 of 2016 on the file of respondent herein to complete the trial in three months.

2.Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant prayer sought for the petitioner as such. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.25 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
