ORDER

This Contempt Application is filed bringing to the notice of this Court about the willful disobedience of the interim orders passed in W.M.P.No.15053 of 2024 in W.P.No.13880 of 2024. 1/4

2. Earlier, when the Contempt Application came up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent, submitting the copies of the counter-affidavit and the reply affidavit in the Writ Petition, contended that even before the stay order could be served on them, already, other incumbent joined in the place of the petitioner. The said position was disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, by the order, dated 19.11.2024, this Court gave one opportunity to the respondent to pursue his vacate application and pursue the remedy.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General would produce a copy of the final order that was passed on 03.12.2024 in W.P.No.13880 of 2024. This Writ Petition was finally disposed of with a direction to the Government to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.

4. In view thereof, when the interim order has since merged with the final order and no express observations were made by this Court while 2/4

passing the final orders, I am of the view that this Contempt Petition cannot be proceeded with.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 06.12.2024 : no grs 3/4
