This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.32050 of 2012, which has been dismissed for default by an order of this Court dated 26.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 has no objection.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 75 days is allowed and the delay of 75 days is condoned.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
