Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2.It is reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, Mr.L.Mouli that delivery of the property had already been taken through Court and report in that regard had been filed by the Amin on 14.10.2014 and on that very date, delivery had also been recorded by the Executing Court and consequently, E.P.No.43 of 2010 had been closed. It is therefore, stated that nothing further survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner had also filed a memo stating that they had sent a letter through Registered Post to the revision petitioner but the same has been returned as "no such addressee in the above address". It is only natural that addressee will not be there because possession had been taken by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner can no longer be in the premises.

4.Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
