This petition has been filed to modify the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17880 of 2025 on 27.06.2025 in para 6(4) to donate 5 bags containing 50 kgs of raw rice Susilammal Old Age Home, Ponniyammanmedu, Thiruninuravur, Thiruvallur District, in Crime No.109 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The condition to donate the rice bags being onerous, same stands revoked.
