The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time was granted by this Court in W.P.No.20187 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 to challenge the impugned order under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 has already expired and seeks further extension of time by four weeks.

2.The request of the petitioner is accepted and time is extended by another four weeks.

3.This writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.
