ORDER

Seeking to transfer I.D.O.P.No.465 of 2024 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Tirupur, to the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, the petitioner wife has preferred the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2.It is the case of petitioner that soon after the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent and after the birth of their son Y.P.Juda quarrels erupted between them that the respondent making false allegations against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is compelled to leave her matrimonial home and she is residing at Coimbatore. While so, the respondent has filed I.D.O.P.No.465 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Tirupur, where the petitioner is required to attend every hearing. She is taking care of her one year old child and residing with her parents. Every time she has to travel to Tirupur. She also take her child along with her and she has no male assistance to take care of her at Tiruppur. Therefore, she has filed the above petition for transfer. 3.

Considering the above circumstances, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.465 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tirupur, and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.02.
