This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the offence as 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(2), 120(b) of IPC instead of 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(2) of IPC and in order dated 31.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.26267 of 2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and the order copy in Crl.O.P.No.26267 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
