3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26267 of 2022, on or before 03.01.2023, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
