The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the description of property as mentioned in the application.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that main Suit is already disposed of. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
