PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "FIVE STAR AYURVEDIC TREATMNET CENTRE AND SPA" at Door No.206-B, NSR Road, Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2023.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to issue NOC to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "FIVE STAR AYURVEDIC TREATMNET CENTRE AND SPA" at Door No.206-B, NSR Road, Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore District, on the representation dated 22.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondent, in turn, sought for certain documents from the petitioner to give NOC.

3. If the petitioner furnished all the details and particulars, the request of the petitioner may be considered and the respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law.
