This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to earmark one seat for scheduled Tribe in Master of Science (Electronic Media) a Integrated course for academic year 2023- 2024 or subsequent academic years conducted by the 1st respondent university and to consider and admit the Petitioner in the said course within a time frame fixed by the Honble High Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
