This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph in Crl.M.P.No.5001 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025 that the petitioner shall appear twice a month viz., on first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report filed before the Trial Court.
