These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records in Crime No.331 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second and third respondents.

3. When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report

has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Alandur on 27.02.2023.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in these Petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
