Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 1 to 6 respondents to remove encroachment made by the 7th, 8th & 9th respondents in the Government Poramboke land in old Survey No.191/1, New Survey No.361/14 measuring about 10,255 square feet situated in Kilvelliur village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District directed to erect barbed-wire fencing, displaying notice-boards in the subjected government property as safeguards/preventive measures against any fresh trespass/encroachment.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the Authorities would survey the subject writ land and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps would be undertaken in accordance with law.
