The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.08.2023 registered for the offence under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.321 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner is the father of A1 and the wife of A1 is said to have illegal intimacy with the husband of the defacto complainant.
3.In view of that particular fact, the husband of the defacto complainant was murdered by all the accused. A2 to A4 are contract killers.
4.Taking into consideration the fact that nature of the crime involved, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 5.Let the final report be filed, there may be any change in circumstances and thereafter, the relief sought for by the petitioner can be considered.
