ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to lay the final charge sheet in C.C.No.15 of 2013 and consequently direct the TNPID Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the case with fare trial within a time frame.

2. The petitioner seeks the first respondent police to lay the final charge sheet in C.C.No.15 of 2013 and consequently to direct the TNPID Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the case. Now, almost four years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, TNPID Court, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.15 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
