This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed in CMP 421 of 2019 dated 29.11.2019 by the Judicial Magistrate (FTC) No.1, @ ML Coimbatore.

2. Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent and also, he has not raised any objection to condone the above said delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
