The petitioner was found in possession of 44.500 kgs of banned Tobacco 1/3

Products and 5 liters of Karnataka liquor and was arrested on 07.08.2025. The value of the Tobacco Products is around Rs.24,000/- and the value of the liquor is Rs.3,360/-.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has previous cases of a similar nature, and the contraband seized from the petitioner has been sent for lab analysis and the lab report is awaited.

3. Taking note of the fact that the occurrence is recent and the petitioner is an habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
