When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed in the writ petition was confirmed in the appeal. Pursuant to the same, two marks were awarded as incentive marks, and the petitioner was also provisionally selected in the order of merit under the BC Communal Category. Her name has been sponsored to the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services for issuing appointment and posting orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certificate verification has already been done.
