ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their disobedience of the writ order dated 27.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.4905 of 2024.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that pursuant to the orders of this Court, a decision has been taken order was passed and the same was communicated to the petitioner. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would oppose by stating that the except the 3 rd respondent in the writ petition had been removed and therefore, the respondents have committed contempt.
3. This Court is unable to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner since this Court directed the authorities to consider the representation on merits take a decision and pass appropriate order. The said Page No.2 of 4
exercise has already been done. That being so, this Court do not find any willful disobedience of the order.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected application is also closed.
