This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2023 before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, failing which the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner will automatically stands cancelled. On such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount by making necessary undertaking affidavit in Crl.O.P.No.14723 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2023 on or before 21.11.2024 is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
