Heard Mr.N.Sivaprakash, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the non-applicants.

This application is filed to condone the delay of 558 days in filing the appeal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has suffered from heart attack in the interregnum and was undergoing treatment. Delay was caused on account of the same.

In view of the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 558 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
