..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children namely, S.Inbasekaran and S.Yamini that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner and his family members.

(Order of the Court was made by K.KURAMESH BABU, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of community certificate to his children, certifying them that they belong to Hindu "Kattunayakan", a Scheduled Tribe Community.
2.Considering the fact that the application has filed as early as on 21.10.2020 and the respondent herein had also called a report from the Tahsildhar, Tiruvannamalai, we deem it proper to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2020 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
